Dr. Paulette Riddlesprigger

In 1968 Paulette and her family moved from Fresno, California, to San Jose, California, to be near a brother hospitalized at Agnew State Hospital.

One day, Paulette’s mother ask her sister to care for her children while she went to visit her son in the hospital and she agreed. There was a basketball game at Paulette’s school that night so Paulette asked her aunt if she could go. Her aunt said yes, but she had to go to church first. What her aunt didn’t realize was that Paulette planned to meet her boyfriend at the game. When they arrived at the service, God was moving in that church. Paulette began to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. She did not know what she was experiencing, but she was enjoying it. Thoughts of meeting her boyfriend and the basketball were a thing of the past. What she was experiencing was better than anything she had ever experienced. At the end of the service, there was an altar call for salvation. She felt like that call was just for her so she went to the altar and gave her life to Christ. After she received her salvation, the Pastor asked if there was anyone in the audience that loved to receive gifts. Paulette raised her hand. He said there is a gift that God wants to give you, it’s the Holy Spirit. Without hesitation, she said I want to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. That night she not only received her salvation, she also received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it’s the Lord’s plans that will prevail. Paulette had a plan for that night, and God had a plan. Praise the Lord. His plan prevailed.

Paulette received a lot of criticism for her zeal for the Lord from well-meaning Christians who said it doesn’t take all that going to church, studying the Word, and praying she was doing. Some called her a fanatic, others said she was doing too much. That criticism caused her to question her faith and doubt if what she experienced was real. She was so confused that she decided to walk away from the Lord.

In 1970 Paulette and her family moved back to Fresno, California where she continued her high school education and she went on to graduate from Fresno State College with a degree in criminology.

Following Paulette’s graduation from college she began looking for a full time job to no avail. For years she worked as a part time counselor at Fresno County Juvenile Hall. After many unsuccessful job interviews Paulette became weary and discouraged.

In 1980, Paulette applied for job that she did not meet the minimum qualifications required by the State of California. Out of desperation she decided to pray before the interview. She prayed, “Lord if you give me this job I will give you my life”. The Lord answered her prayer and she was offered the job but she forgot the vow she made to the Lord.

Two years later Paulette’s life began to spiral downward and she did not know how to stop it. She cried out to the Lord for help. A few days later a friend came by and they talked her about her turmoil. The friend asked if they could pray together. At that moment Paulette remembered the vow she made to the Lord. She repented and rededicated her life to the Lord. She felt as if someone turned a shower on and washed all the filth of sin off her. All the weight on her shoulders was gone immediately and she felt brand new.

Paulette ask her friend what prompted her to visit. Her friend said, the Lord told her to come by. At that moment Paulette realized just how much the Lord loves and cares for the saved and the sinner. Jesus was the help she needed thank God for His grace and forgiveness,

During 1984 she joined Morris Cerullo’s God’s victorious Army discipleship training program. Dr Cerullo’s heart beat was for souls. He had a God given mandate to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every living creature. He trained nationals throughout the world to work the works of God, seek and save the lost, and heal the sick. Many believers have received an impartation of the anointing upon his life to build God an army through the preaching of the Gospel in there spheres of operation and influence.

Dr Cerullo discovered the key to breakthrough is to keep praying until something happens. That program taught Paulette prophetic, biblical spiritual warfare tactics which caused her to develop personally and spiritually. Through that program she acquired the graces necessary to train up others to be effective discipliers and leaders.

For 15 years Paulette has used Dr Cerullo’s God victorious army material to train other believers to be leaders and enable them to train others to do the same.

Paulette was a City of Fresno Police Chaplain for 5 years. In that position she ministered the word of God to those that were hurt, wounded and suffering loss. She also rode along with troubled Police Officers to evaluate them and offer counseling. She remained in that position until she resigned to become an Administrative Pastor at her local church.

As an Administrative Pastor she continued to train and mentor others to become effective leaders.

During 2005, the desire to travel to the nations to share the gospel began to pull on her heart. She began to by traveling to Israel, Ethiopia, and Kenya where she saw many souls saved, healed and delivered. After seeing the miracles God was doing in those nations Paulette desired to travel to other nations.

In January 2021, she enrolled and graduated from Christ For all Nations (CFAN) Evangelism Boot Camp where she learned to effectively evangelize the nations. A part of that training was to complete a 3 week initiation in Tanzania where many were saved, healed and delivered. Paulette remains a part of the Evangelism Alliance which consist of Evangelist that at sent throughout the nations.

During her pursuit to know the Lord Paulette has learned the difference between knowing the Lord intimately and knowing about Him. The Lord has taught her that its not about religion it’s about relationship with Jesus Christ.

In between her travels to the nations sharing the gospel Paulette has written two books and completed her Masters and Doctorate in Christian Theology.

Paulette asked the Lord what is His heart beat and He said the souls of men. That is the heartbeat of her ministry saving souls and making disciples of all nations.

Not everyone can go around the world preaching, teaching and evangelizing but every believer can do something to spread the Gospel and lead people to Christ. We are all members of the body of Christ and called to win the lost.

Paulette believes that every believer’s destiny is leadership.
