Who We Are
Soar International Ministries is a Spirit-led, mission-driven religious nonprofit organization, incorporated exclusively for religious purposes under IRS section 501(c)(3). We are not organized for the private gain of any person — everything we do is in service to God and the advancement of His Kingdom.
Founded by Dr. Paulette Riddlesprigger, Soar was born out of a personal encounter with the transforming power of God and a conviction that every believer deserves to live in true freedom and victory. We are more than a ministry. We are a movement of men and women who have answered the call to go deeper, grow stronger, and reach further — locally and around the world.
Our Story
Soar International Ministries was founded after Dr. Paulette Riddlesprigger experienced a powerful personal transformation through spiritual warfare training. Like so many Christians, she had heard all the right things — but no one had shown her how to live them. She was bound by fear, uncertain of her authority in Christ, and hungry for something real.
When she encountered the truth of who she was in Christ — her identity, her authority, and her weapons of warfare — everything changed. From that place of breakthrough, a vision was born: to equip others with the same tools, training, and spiritual confidence that set her free.
That vision became Soar International Ministries.
Soar International Ministries exists to fulfill the command of Jesus Christ: “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel.” We are called to evangelize the lost, minister to the hurting and brokenhearted, and set the captives free. We teach the Word of God in a simplistic way through an outpouring of the Holy Spirit — ministering unconditional love, acceptance, and forgiveness to all who would receive it, regardless of denominational or racial barriers.
“Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” — Habakkuk 2:2
“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise… not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” — 2 Peter 3:9
Soar International Ministries is a ministry committed to taking the gospel to the nations — seeing souls saved, healing the whole person, teaching the truth of God’s Word, and restoring those who are broken through discipleship. Our mission is built on four foundational pillars:
Evangelism — To proclaim at home and abroad the good news of Salvation through Christ. (Mark 16:15)
Discipleship — To teach a biblical foundation in Christ and encourage believers on to maturity. (Hebrews 6:1)
Service — Ministering the good works demonstrated by Jesus to those in need, as unto Christ. (Matthew 25:37)
Leadership — To prepare God’s people for ministry so that the body will be built up in unity of the faith, attaining the whole measure of Christ. (Ephesians 4:11)
Over the past four years, through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel in crusades, on television, and on radio, Soar International Ministries has seen over 80,000 souls saved, along with numerous documented healings and deliverances.
We have conducted workshops training pastors, ministers, youth leaders, and laypeople to effectively preach the Gospel. These leaders have gone on to teach and train others in their own nations — resulting in numerous churches being built and countless souls continuing to be saved. Our international reach has taken us to Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, and Israel, with plans to visit India in 2027.
Discipleship Training — We take believers beyond Sunday knowledge into practical, life-changing discipleship. Our training covers identity in Christ, faith, the love of God, spiritual warfare, leadership development, and more.
Evangelism & Outreach — From open-air preaching on the streets to crusades that have seen tens of thousands come to faith, Soar takes the Gospel where it is needed most — proclaiming the good news at home and abroad without apology.
World Mission Trips — Soar has carried the Gospel across the globe, with mission trips to Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, and Israel. Our teams go into communities, schools, and open fields to preach, teach, pray for the sick, and see lives transformed. We are actively expanding our international reach, with plans to visit India in 2027. Every trip is an opportunity to fulfill the Great Commission in a tangible, powerful way.
Street Missions to Prostitutes — We believe no one is beyond the reach of God’s love and redemption. Our street mission teams go directly into the darkest and most overlooked corners of our communities to bring the light of the Gospel to women and men trapped in prostitution. We offer compassion without condemnation, meeting people where they are and pointing them to the freedom, healing, and new life available in Jesus Christ.
Prison Ministry — We bring hope, healing, and the Word of God into correctional facilities, setting captives free in ways the world says is impossible.
Children’s Ministry — We believe the next generation deserves to encounter God early and powerfully. Our international work includes evangelizing youth, hosting children’s Saturday churches, and planting seeds of faith in young hearts across Africa.
Spiritual Warfare Training — Through our intensive Evangelism Bootcamp and ongoing training programs, we teach believers how to recognize and overcome the strategies of the enemy — and how to use their weapons of warfare with precision and confidence.
Collaboration with Local Churches and Ministries Overseas — We believe the body of Christ is stronger together. Soar actively partners with local churches and ministries both at home and abroad, joining hands with those who share the same vision of seeing souls saved and communities transformed. These collaborations multiply our impact, strengthen local leadership, and ensure that the work of the Gospel continues long after our mission teams return home.
Soar International Ministries welcomes all who are ready to be equipped and mobilized for Kingdom work. Our community is made up of those who are full of the love, mercy, and compassion of Jesus Christ; who have a burning passion to see souls saved, healed, and delivered; who have counted the cost of going to the nations to preach the Gospel; and who carry a desire to fulfill the Great Commission.
If that describes you, there is a place for you at Soar.
Our ministry is firmly grounded in the historic, orthodox Christian faith. We hold the following beliefs as central to all we do:
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe in one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the full deity of Jesus Christ — His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and personal return in power and glory.
We believe that God is love, and that the depth of His love was demonstrated through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation comes through faith alone in Jesus Christ, by the grace of God, and that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, enabling them to live a godly life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, and in the spiritual unity of all believers in Christ.
We believe the ministry of evangelism and discipleship is the responsibility of every follower of Jesus Christ. We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end, that every human being has value and deserves dignity, and that we are called to care for both the physical and spiritual needs of our fellow men.
We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed within the context of marriage — the exclusive, lifelong union of one man and one woman — which He established as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society.
Soar International Ministries is led by a dedicated team of ministers and leaders united by a shared passion for the Gospel and the nations:
Looking ahead, Soar International Ministries is actively working to expand its reach and deepen its impact. Our goals include increasing fundraising and recruiting volunteers through social media and digital outreach, collaborating with like-minded ministries, increasing the number of sanctuary buildings in rural areas, growing our annual international mission trips, and expanding our reach to India in 2027.
If you share our heart for the nations, we invite you to be part of what God is doing through Soar — as a volunteer, a partner, or a donor.
Whether you’re just beginning your faith journey or you’re a seasoned believer ready to go to the next level, there is a place for you at Soar. This is not just another program — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to encounter the supernatural, transforming power of God.
Come as you are. Leave equipped, empowered, and ready to soar.
